1. What does it actually do?
TERROVITA No.1 is a daily adaptogen stack — Shilajit, Ashwagandha, Sea Moss, and Tongkat Ali. Adaptogens are ingredients used traditionally to help the body manage everyday physical and mental load. People typically report steadier energy, less afternoon dip, and a calmer kind of focus over 2–4 weeks of daily use. We don't promise specific outcomes because adaptogens don't work like stimulants — they compound.
2. When will I feel something?
Most people notice subtle changes in week two — usually the second coffee gets skipped, or the 3pm slump softens. The full effect comes around day 30. Take it daily. Don't take it for a week and judge.
3. Is this safe to take with my morning coffee?
Yes. No interactions with caffeine. Many customers tell us the opposite happens — they need less coffee within a few weeks.
4. Is it for men or women?
Both. The four ingredients are foundational across genders. Tongkat Ali has the strongest human-trial data in men (testosterone), but Ashwagandha and Shilajit are equally well-studied in women. We have customers in roughly even split.
5. I'm pregnant or breastfeeding.
Please don't take this. Talk to your doctor first. Adaptogens are not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
6. I'm under 18.

7. I'm on prescription medication.

8. Where is it made?
In a cGMP-certified facility in California. Every batch is third-party tested. We can share the certificate of analysis on request.
9. Will Shilajit show up on a drug test?
No. None of the four ingredients are banned substances. Tongkat Ali is not a steroid — it's a botanical extract.
10. What's the shelf-smaller guarantee?
Take TERROVITA No.1 every day for sixty days. If you don't feel your cabinet is meaningfully quieter — fewer bottles you reach for, less noise — we'll refund the bottle. You don't ship anything back. Email hello@terrovita.com.
11. How does the subscription work?
You get one bottle a month at $39.99 (vs $44.99 one-time). Skip a month or cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@terrovita.com. We email three days before each shipment so it's never a surprise.
